Listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange

Successful secondary listing of Shuka Minerals Plc on South Africa's Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), on 21st May 2025.
The listing was completed by way of introduction under the fast-track listing process, as set out in Section 18 of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shuka’s issued and fully paid ordinary shares of 1 pence each are now trading on the Alternative Exchange (AltX) of the JSE, providing South African investors with direct access to the Company.

This milestone reflects Shuka’s ongoing commitment to growing its presence in key markets and enhancing shareholder value.
