Change of Admission Date
Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), an African focused mine operator and developer, announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 3 August 2023, Admission of the 17,860,000 Subscription Shares and the 3,500,000 Director Fee Shares has been delayed pending the Company's receipt of proceeds for the Subscription Shares. The Board has been advised that funds are to be received shortly, and accordingly the Company will update the market as soon as they are received.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as in the Company's announcement on 3 August 2023.
