Admission of Subscription Shares and Director Fee Shares
Shuka Minerals Plc (AIM: SKA), an African focused mine operator and developer, announces that, further to the Company's announcements on 3 and 15 August 2023, the Company has now received the proceeds for the Subscription Shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for Admission of the 17,860,000 Subscription Shares and the 3,500,000 Director Fee Shares, which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 13 September 2023. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights will comprise 60,219,861 Ordinary Shares.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as in the Company's announcement on 3 August 2023.
