Project Update

Wash Plant Drum Module

Edenville Energy plc (AIM: EDL) is pleased to provide an update on the construction phase of the Company’s Rukwa Coal Project.

The coal wash plant has now been cleared through Tanzanian Customs and is being readied for transport to site. The Company expects it to start moving to site shortly and the plant is planned to arrive on site during the second half of July.

Following the completion of the required compensation to local farmers, earthworks are now commencing for the plant site along with clearing of the stage one pit area. The newly purchased Volvo excavator is now in transit to site and will start work in the pit area after arrival.

As has previously been disclosed, substantial interest has been shown from prospective purchasers of our coal. Detailed discussions have been held with several groups wishing to take delivery of washed coal once produced.

Further updates will be given as work progresses.
